S&E was formed in December 2004 with the acquisition of Gitto Global Products. In June of 2005 the intellectual property of Lynn plastics was acquired. The company is privately owned with manufacturing facilities located in Lunenburg, MA about one hour northwest of Boston. Primary markets served in North America include Automotive, Footwear, Uninterrupted Power Supply (Battery), Wire & Cable, and General Purpose applications.
